Worst Kebab I have ever had. Meat was OK. Salad was a joke. All salad was old.. the ends of a cucumber are not salad. Especially with the plastic still on.. avoid at all costs

Order a special kebab and buffalo loaded fries. The kebab was not nice and it is doubtful that it is homemade as stated on the menu. Ordered mint sauce with it and I am not sure the sauce I was sent has ever seen mint, tasted vile. Delivery was slow, in total 1hr 30 mins from ordering and 45 mins after the stated time.

0 stars if I could, minimum is one though. Food still didn't arrive after 2 hours (40 mins was promised) After 1hr 40 I called and was promised 5-6 mins, 20 mins later still nothing. After 2 hours I was promised an immediate refund, 30 mins later no sign of that either. Avoid at all costs, their poor reviews are well deserved. Reviews complaining about late deliveries go back months and they've still not had the sense to hire more drivers or stop taking orders they can't fill.

Very disappointing. It took an hour and a half to arrive (40 minutes longer than suggested). The "large wings" were pitiful. The menu says it comes with rice but it didn't (not that there was anything to eat the rice with. The jerk chicken pieces were dry. All in all a very disappointing order and i won't be going back ever again.

Very underwhelmed when it arrived, For 1 pizza and chips took over 1hour 20mins. Pizza lacked toppings, chips very small portion for £2.50. Wanted it to be better but unfortunately not. Did get a courtesy call saying pizza is leaving in 2mins minutes but unfortunately took another 25 minutes after that.

Absolutely appalling. Worst loaded fries I have ever eaten, if you could even call them that. No cheese sauce. Meat was more like tikka lamb than steak and it had things on it which it never had on the description. Will never be returning

10 out of 10 for our 1st order placed tonight :D I had donner chicken tikka mix kebab and my wife garlic chicken kebab. Kebabs were great, the donner meat thick pieces rather than the usual strips which got a thumbs up from us… garlic chicken was SO tasty. Chilli sauce was very hot but not a problem for us! Delivered well before ETA and food piping hot, definitely will be returning customers, thank you Grill & Glaze

Wouldn't have another kebab from here, worst one I've had in the area, stone cold, burnt to an inch of it's life, tough meat, well hardly any meat, it was drowned in sauce which, ruined the whole thing further and it took over an hour and a half delivery.
